Journal Entry: December 6, 2025
Location: Hidden Falls / Ironheart Status: Finding My Place
It was a full day, rich with new discoveries and reconnections. I’m finally starting to feel the rhythm of this place.
1. Morning Exploration & Upgrades I started the day by treating myself to some new clothes from Truth and Arwen’s Creations. I bought a beautiful blue gown, a tan one with fur, and a fur cape. The cold here is biting, and my wardrobe needed the update.
I also spent some time with Asher Laurent in Ironheart. He showed me his incredible builds—the warrior zone (raid-ready), the high council building, and the scribe housing. It’s all so detailed and authentic. He offered to adjust things to suit my roleplay, which was very kind.
2. A Reunion with Friends The highlight was hosting Caroline and Catherine Gallius at my new home in Hidden Falls. It was the first time I’ve had guests, and it felt wonderful. We laughed, caught up, and they seemed genuinely relieved to see me settled and safe.
We talked about my family. I told them about being adopted by Wind and how surprisingly protective the Silver Blades (even the assassins!) can be. They were curious about my past, and I shared a bit about my birth father (Ubar of Rarn) and my first adopted father (another Ubar). It felt good to remember those times.
Caroline mentioned a "Ladies Tea" happening in Olni on December 12th, hosted by Talora. She invited me, and I think I’ll go. It would be nice to meet other high-caste women.
3. An Encounter with Sphere Later, while walking with Caroline in Ar's Station, we met Sphere Proto, an Elder Scribe. He was charming and welcomed me warmly to the caste. We were joined by Deme (MarkJoseph416), who I knew from Teletus. It was interesting to see him here—he seems to have matured and is now a Rarius. We reminisced a bit about the "old days" and the corruption we left behind in Teletus.
4. A Quiet Evening I ended the night back at Ironheart with Caroline. We sat by the fire in the Scribe Hall, just talking. She asked about my time with Muse in Teletus. I admitted that it wasn't what I hoped for—I was less of an advisor and more of a glorified follower. Caroline was sympathetic. She believes my skills will be better utilized here under the new Governor.
We both ended up dozing off on the couch by the fire. It was peaceful. I realized how much I missed having a community like this—people who actually care about your well-being and respect your skills.
I’m still adjusting to life without slaves, but honestly? It’s less stressful. I can focus on my work and my friends without worrying about who is lying to me or misbehaving.
To Do:
Prepare for the Ladies Tea in Olni (find a suitable dress!).
Continue setting up my office in Ironheart.
Check in with Wind about the "Winter Patrol" guards.
